Responsibilities:
Essential:
- Appointment booking, customer reception and validation of needs
- Opening, checking and closing of work orders
- Monitoring of work with clients
Essential:
- DES
- Knowledge and strong interests in customer service
- Interest in mechanics (asset)
- Bilingualism: French & English spoken fluently
- Computer skills: Office suite and department software
- Responsibility, reliability and resourceful required
- Very good sense of organization and detail
- No work on weekends
